What we collect, and why.

What you give us
When you submit the project brief, the quick contact form or a plan enquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, phone number, company name if you gave one, the country you selected, what you want built, the modules you picked, your budget ceiling, your timing, which plan you asked about if you enquired from the plans page, and any notes or message you wrote.
What we record automatically
Alongside your message we record technical details about the visit, so we can tell which of our own marketing is working and reply in a way that suits your device:
- Network: your IP address, and an approximate city, region, country and network operator derived from it. We do not know your precise location.
- Device: browser and version, operating system, device type, device manufacturer and model where available, screen and window size, language, timezone, and whether you prefer a dark theme.
- How you arrived: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and which button you pressed.
We do not track you across other websites, build an advertising profile, count your visits, time how long you stay, or record which pages you read. We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The only timing we measure is how long a form takes to fill in, and we use that solely to reject automated spam submissions, not to analyse how you browse.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage for exactly two things. Campaign tags from the link you arrived on are kept in sessionStorage until you close the tab, so that if you move between our pages before submitting, we still know which advert brought you. Separately, a single cookie keeps our own staff signed in to the internal dashboard. Neither is used for advertising, and visitors who never sign in to that dashboard never receive that cookie.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You gave us your details so that we could reply with a quote. We keep the technical details to protect the forms from abuse and to understand which of our campaigns produce genuine enquiries. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete the record.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Creatify Solutions, with two exceptions: our web host stores the data on our behalf, and if IP location lookup is switched on, the IP address alone is sent to our lookup provider to obtain a city and country. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Email hello@creatify.solutions and we will respond within 30 days.
